Through this commitment, we have shaped a unique view around the ingredients we use in our baked goods. Simply put, we want our ingredients to meet or exceed our values.
Our products include NO added preservatives, additives, or dyes. While our cookies do use MSG, even that is sourced and used responsibly. Please consume responsibly and dispose of our packing responsibly to ensure a the cycle is complete.

In today's world, it is common to see many additives and fillers in flour. While our old world recipes were not planned for these additives, we have worked hard to source flour without little to no additives as well as still maintaining a high quality product. |
Our Dairy is from local farms, made with milk from local dairy cows. We always ensure the safety and freshness of our dairy to ensure the best taste. |
